Norauto needed a design system that could seamlessly support both B2B and B2C experiences. The first version was built on Adobe XD, but to enhance collaboration and scalability, I led the migration to Figma. As part of this transition, we focused on making components easier to use for designers while bringing them closer to development best practices. We adopted a plugin-free approach to deal with the challenges of a multi-brand ecosystem. This migration not only streamlined workflows but also empowered teams to work more efficiently across brands and platforms.
