With 100,000 employees serving 35 million clients worldwide, BPCE needed a scalable, multi-brand, and omnichannel design system. Neo 3 was designed to meet these challenges, ensuring consistency across products while adapting to the unique needs of each brand. By leveraging design tokens, we made every component available across the group, allowing teams to build interfaces efficiently without sacrificing brand identity. We also focused on scalability, structuring our tokens to enable the rapid creation of new variables and components, empowering product teams to move faster with a robust, up-to-date technical stack.
